The teaching at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Assistant Professor Dr. Seif El-Din Abdel-Wadoud, was chosen as a scientific arbitration member in the refereed scientific journal of the Jilali University of Lyabs - Sidi Bel-Abbas within the universities of the Ministry of Higher Education in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Abdul-Wadud stated that this selection is a scientific achievement of the Faculty of Fine Arts and thanked the administration of the magazine for its high confidence in the scientific standing of Basra University teachers and Iraqi researchers in general.
