Dr. Hassanein Ali Mohsen Al-Naml, Assistant Professor at the College of Dentistry, University of Basra, and Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, who also teaches Prosthodontics (Dental, Maxillofacial, and Maxillofacial), successfully completed five specialized online training courses launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the Eduba platform. These courses are part of the Ministry's programs aimed at developing the academic and research skills of faculty members and researchers, and are included in the faculty performance evaluation.
The training courses covered a variety of scientific and academic topics, including:
* Reputable Journals
* How to Write a Research Paper from a Reviewer's Perspective
* Reasons for Research Paper Rejection and How to Overcome Them
In addition, other courses were offered to enhance the quality of scientific research and raise the academic level in accordance with the standards adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
This participation comes within the framework of the Basra University faculty’s keenness to develop their scientific and academic skills and keep up with developments in the field of publishing and scientific research, which contributes to enhancing scientific integrity and raising the level of academic and research performance in the college and university.
