Professor Dr. Sattar Jabbar al-Khafaji from the Department of Geoscience at the Faculty of Science, University of Basrah, was selected as the best distinguished scientist and researcher in the specialty of industrial geochemistry in geology within the directory of professors and scientists of the Faculty of Science. The first edition included biographical summaries and scientific achievements of a select group of scientists and researchers who provided most of their services to serve the country and society. The book included a brief summary of the scientific identity and academic footprint of Professor Dr. Sattar Jabbar al-Khafaji as one of the academics of the Faculty of Science at the University of Baghdad formerly and Basrah University/Faculty of Science (currently). The imprint included a summary of his scientific research and academic achievements because of his clear academic footprint and tangible research contributions in the fields of geochemistry and industrial rocks.
