The Cultural Center at the University of Basra organized an open theatrical meeting for the theatrical text writing course on the Google meet platform) (within its second edition of the project of our youth, the makers of life) stage of communication after the courses.
The meeting presented by the playwright Abdul Karim Al-Amiri aims to follow up the trainees and make a link with those interested in literature and theater and write the short theatrical text from the Iraqi provinces to increase the balance of theater from young writers and activate the cultural movement in the city.
Abdul Karim Al-Amiri said that the meeting explained the mechanisms of writing the theatrical text and the elements of authorship and introducing the doctrines of theatrical writing, he added that there are basic elements that must be provided by the talented writer and the ability to continue and the mechanisms of writing the theatrical text.
The Director of the Cultural Center, Prof. Dr. Abdul Karim Abboud, mentioned the second phase of the project, our youth life-makers after the development and rehabilitation courses. The communication stage, which is the work of meetings between trainees and trainers and providing the opportunity for young people from other governorates to participate, develop and qualify them and discover their talents and abilities.
