Basra University organizes a scientific lecture on the respiratory system and its associated diseases

 Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abdulameer Abdullah Almusawi, Dean of the College of Nursing at Basrah University,
 The College of Nursing at the University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture on the respiratory system and its associated diseases, in which Assistant Lecturer Ahmad Thamer Saoud lectured.

 The lecture included diseases affecting the lower respiratory system, the most important of which are (pneumonia and bronchitis)
 The lecture explained the causes of the disease, and what are the risks that must be avoided in daily life to reduce these diseases, the signs and symptoms through which we diagnose diseases, in addition to the medical and laboratory analyzes and examinations that must be performed for the patient in the event of a visit to the hospital.
 The lecture aimed at the necessary and preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of these diseases, how to treat them, and how to provide nursing services provided to patients in case they were diagnosed with one of these diseases.
