Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra has completed the process of creating thousands of official emails (e-mail) for students of the faculties of the medical group, the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, the Faculty of Education for Girls, the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Information Sciences, in addition to the Faculty of Administration and Economics Qurna for the morning and evening studies.
And the director of the center, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, indicated that exceptional efforts were made, in cooperation with the e-learning units in the university faculties, to have achieved the establishment of an official email on the Google Workspace within the services of the global company, Google for Education, that includes the triple name and the department, in addition to the academic stage of each student in our university, in order to prepare it in The use of e-learning and the development of educational communication with teachers, as it allows the student to access practical sites in various fields in a safe and effective protection.
This achievement comes within the strategic plans that the Center is working on to develop e-learning work at the University of Basra with the latest methods and modern technologies available to keep pace with global technology in this field.
