The Dean of the College of Nursing, Prof. Dr. Abdulameer Abdullah Almusawi, discussed with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, the Lecturer, Dr. Adel Ali Hussein, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Lecturer, Dr. Husham Hussain Abdul-Ra'aoof, the possibility of introducing a department of midwifery and obstetrics according to what was mentioned in the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Department of Studies and Planning and follow-up by creating specialized departments that give graduates a certificate (Bachelor’s midwifery) to provide health institutions with the required cadres to improve the level of health services provided to citizens. |
