The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah held the competitive examination for admission to postgraduate studies on the morning of the eighteenth of this October, in the presence of the Head of University of Basrah Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi and the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Falah Hasan Shrari who commented that (36) students participated in the test, and they were graduated from various governmental and private colleges of pharmacy and from several governments including Basrah, Baghdad, Dhi Qar, Muthanna and Maysan due to their interest to study a master's degree, which the College of Pharmacy provided this year in the specialty of pharmacy. The dean also said that the applicants are pharmacists exclusively because the study is a master's in pharmacy, and the personal interview for the applicants was conducted by a committee formed from the dean of the college and his administrative and scientific assistants, as well as the heads of the departments ensure the mental, psychological and physical safety of the applicants in these exceptional conditions.
