A Newly Published Article in University of Basrah- College of Medicine, Department of Surgery- Plastic Surgery

An article entitled “Factors affecting the outcome of frontalis sling surgery in patients with severe blepharoptosis “published in PRS global open journal, 24 September 2020 online” by Assistant Professor Dr. Amer S. Almansory
plastic surgeon, University of Basrah, College of medicine.
The study included 120 patients who underwent ptosis corrections and studied all factors related to it, including age, gender, thread type, etc.
 The study showed that the use of silk threads in males gives a strong interaction, which leads to stronger and better results in males than in females.
