The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs; Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafir met with one of the first-year students that had difficulties in the studying, which may results in the possibility of changing her registration to another College. The great efforts and the vigorous follow-up of this student by the President of University of Basrah; Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the Deanship of the College of Medicine represented by the Dean; Prof. Dr. Khalil Ismail Al-Hamdi, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs; Prof. Dr. Murtadha Muhammad Salih Al-Musafir, made her accept the staying in the college of medicine. She thanked the Deanship of the college of medicine and she was grateful for what they offered for her.
