
Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra issued an electronic guide on how to prepare open-source scientific courses that are offered free of charge through websites for all. Note that this work comes within the center's plans to achieve the ministerial E-learning quality requirements to obtain the best performance for our generous university.
The guide aims to inform the teachers about the general and specific concepts of the number of massive open-source courses and the most important scientific topics or training courses that the user needs for the sustainability of distance learning and in any place according to academic conditions that discuss the required topics via the Internet.
The guide, which was issued in Arabic and English versions, included general instructions on scheduling courses, the copyright mechanism upon creation, and consideration of the standard presentation form approved for scientific content. The digital identifier (DOI) was obtained from the English version of the guide on the Research gate website, as in the link:
