In cooperation with the College of Engineering at the University of Basra and the Department of Diwan Affairs, and as part of the ongoing maintenance work of Avicenna E-Learning Center, billboards were installed in the building of the center located in the College of Engineering on the first floor of the Department of Architecture, in addition to erecting a tower to provide the center with an Internet network.
