The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that Iraqi universities and colleges have achieved an increasing publication in Scopus containers during a whole year by 30%, bringing the number of published research papers to seventy thousand two hundred twenty-five research papers. And the Ministry of Higher Education said that the public universities that supported the scientific research movement with sixty-seven thousand two hundred and sixty-eight scientific research papers, while the private universities and colleges contributed to the publication of two thousand nine hundred fifty-seven research papers. The Ministry of Higher Education congratulated the governmental and private educational institutions for this qualitative path and emphasized the continuation and continuous work according to a deliberate program and calculated timings to improve scientific research in terms of quantity and quality, develop quality indicators and secure the requirements for competition in international classifications. |
