In compliance with the approved policy and methodology in the field of scientific research, and in accordance with the timings drawn within its academic program, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that the Iraqi universities' research published in the Scopus global containers will increase to more than seventy-two thousand and six hundred research in various sciences. In the context of these indicators that enhance Iraq's position in the international classification, the portal for scientific journals and indicators for the Scimago Journal: & Country Rank It has shown that Iraq occupies the forty-fifth position in the world, sixth in the Middle East, and third in the Arab world, by publishing scientific research in various disciplines. In view of the close connection between global publishing and the reputation of university institutions, the Iraqi scientific research index reinforces the area of competition that our Iraqi universities occupy in international rankings and confirms the achievement of their mission to improve the quality of education and develop academic performance. |
