Within the efforts of the University of Basra to achieve the quality standards of E-learning for educational content, and one of its indicators is that the institution owns a platform for open educational resources, Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra announces the launch of a website for this purpose to enhance educational practices, improve the quality of education and its outputs, and develop skills.
The open source educational resource platform is also an important tool that facilitates access to knowledge and creates learning opportunities at the local and global levels.
