The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Sahib, called for focusing on applied projects and capacity-building through partnership with specialized international organizations, forming a global advisory council, and employing the expertise and energies of Iraqi universities in each governorate to develop capabilities, develop applied reality, and invest international cooperation in developing the specializations that Education institutions need them according to specific time limits. At the same time, he thanked the efforts of UNESCO and other organizations in the field of supporting educational paths in Iraq. This came during the opening of the activities of (Higher Education Conference in Iraq: Opportunities for Partnerships), which was held by the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations in cooperation with UNESCO on May 27, 2021. |
