The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abd Al-Saheb, directed the scientific twinning project between public and private universities to formulate a roadmap aimed at upgrading the reality of academic scientific research in Iraqi higher education institutions in terms of quantity and quality, and strengthening the area of joint supervision in the field of postgraduate studies, holding conferences and activating safeguards procedures Quality and academic accreditation. In this context, the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority held a consultative meeting in cooperation with the Research and Development Department on May 24, 2021 And the head of the supervisory body, Dr. Salah Al-Fatlawi, stressed during the meeting that the ministry is proceeding with its scientific strategy to develop and consolidate Iraqi local journals and their entry into international containers, while the ministry’s advisor, Dr. Alaa Abdel-Hassan, stressed the importance of enhancing the international academic reputation, which is measured by the sobriety of scientific research. |
