Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basrah praised the efforts of the instructors of the College of Nursing. The director of the center, the lecturer Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, mentioned that through the follow-up of the central electronic classroom for the classrooms, the students of the College of Nursing presented distinguished presentations to their colleagues using the Power Point program, which is taught by the faculty’s instructors in the subject of computers science, and it had a clear impact on the way to prepare professional lectures and develop students’ communication skills and their interaction with the instructors , and this falls within the requirements of the quality of E-learning. It is worth mentioning that the computer subject in the college is taught by Assistant Professor Luay Abdel-Wahed and Assistant lecturer Zina Abdel-Sattar, who had a prominent role in the students' mastery of the skills of the Power Point program and the rest of the electronic programs that students need in their academic career. The Director of the Avicenna Center also asked the University Presidency to generalize the experience of teaching applications and electronic programs for students and to present lectures and interactive presentations to the rest of the faculties to benefit from them as they work on developing students' skills to deliver lectures and scientific presentations. |
