The University of Basra won the Times Award in the field of excellence and innovation in the arts, as it achieved first place in the ranking of Asian universities. According to the official certificate of the award published on the official website, the University of Basra scored excellence in the “Child’s Smile” project, which was held in cooperation with the Directorate of Education of Basra Governorate to develop children’s abilities through various artistic works to deal with the effects of forced displacement and overcome psychological crises. It is noteworthy that the Times launches various awards in several fields to mark the institutional performance and excellence of higher education in Asia. |
