The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organizes a workshop about “The technical Applications of the United Accounting System Using ERP.
The aims of the workshop, which is part of the course of technical applications of the unified accounting system using ERP are to support students and State Staff with sufficient information and to prepare accountants according to the requirements of the modern market, based on electronic accounting systems. The workshop, which was presented by the teacher Ahmed Abdel Karim Mohamed and the lecturer Nael Jaafar Ali, included the theoretical side of the unified accounting system, the theoretical side of the concept of ERP, and the practical applications of the ERP system,
At the end of the workshop, the presenter's recommendation was on the necessity to make modern accounting programs within the curricula of the specialized colleges
