The Civil Defense Division at the Presidency of the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Directorate of Civil Defense, organized an awareness lecture for teachers and staff at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, on how to use fire extinguishers and evacuate buildings, on the seminar hall in the college at exactly ten o’clock in the morning on Sunday 13/6/2021. The Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, along with a group of faculty and staff of the college attended the lecture, and the most important topics related to the causes of fires and ways to treat them were discussed. The lecture was supervised by the gentlemen listed below:
