The lecturer, Dr. Husham Hussain Abdul-Ra'aoof, the assistant dean for administrative affairs, met with one of the staff of the College of Nursing at the University of Basrah, Mr. Karrar Shihab, who is assigned to the Dean's office, and praised his distinguished course in appreciation of his distinguished efforts and dedication in carrying out his assigned tasks. Abdul-Ra'aoof stressed the importance of developing the professional capabilities of administrative and technical cadres in various fields, to raise the performance of the college and to benefit from its human energies in renewal and creativity. It is noteworthy that the Deanship of the College attaches great importance to raising its career level, satisfying the needs of employees morally and skillfully, and creating a stimulating work environment to develop the capabilities of all members and spread a culture of competition. |
