A BOOK PUBLISHING FOR A LECTURER AT BASRA UNIVERSITY ON ECONOMIC SCIENCES:
A lecturer at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra Prof. Dr. Yahya Hammoud Hassan in cooperation with researcher Nour Ali Shaaban, published a book entitled (The Role of the Oil Sector in Providing the Requirements for Economic Diversification in Iraq).
The book which included (128) pages distributed over eight chapters shed light on the concept of economic diversification, the policies and economic theory of economic diversification, and then the reality and contribution of the Iraqi non-oil economic sectors and the effects of the development of the oil sector and its contribution to the economy then the role of the oil sector in providing requirements for economic diversification Reform of the production structure and the most important international experiences in developing the non-oil sectors, especially the development and encouragement of economic diversification policies.
