The opinion board at the Ministry of Higher Education approves the minimum period for a doctoral study

 The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb, chaired the meeting of the third opinion board, in the presence of the advanced owners of the ministry and university presidents.  Masters who hold the title of professorship for thirty months according to the instructions of postgraduate studies.
