The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Sahib, chaired the meeting of the Third Opinion Committee, in the presence of the advanced owners of the ministry and university presidents. At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Education confirmed that Iraqi universities have faced the challenges of the current situation effectively and responsibly, and are continuing to fulfill the requirements of the current academic year in accordance with the mechanisms of blended education and in light of the approved university calendar.
