A delegation from the Human Rights Office in Basra visited the Deanship of the College of Education for Human Sciences, represented by Dr. Abbas Ali and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the President of Basra University, to talk about the role of Basra University in the human rights file under the conditions of the Corona pandemic. The colleges in this context preceded other institutions in the field of human rights
The Dean of the college stated that our college is one of those colleges that have a special interest in this subject because it overlaps with its humanitarian specialties first, and because its professors study human rights in its departments and in other colleges secondly, in addition to its procedures followed during the Corona pandemic and its care for many social groups in the material and moral aspects
It is worth mentioning that the Deanship of the College of Education for Human Sciences had several field visits to support the medical teams and security forces morally and logistically.
