The Ministry of Education’s advisor, Dr. Alaa Abdel-Hassan, said in a speech during the opening of the workshop entitled (Assessing the E-Learning Experience in Iraq - Challenges and Solutions), which was set up by the Council of Advisers in the Council of Ministers in cooperation with the Ministries of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Education and the Mesopotamian Valley Association and attended by local and international experts and specialists. Higher education institutions have succeeded in adapting to the changes and have not lost sight of international competition, and have achieved a 30% increase in the output of Iraqi scientific research registered and documented in the Scopus Worldwide Container for the period from May 2020 to May 2021. |
