The Coordinator of the Ministerial Team for Digital Learning in the Ministry of Education, Dr. Amer Salim Al-Amir, explained in his paper, in which he participated in the work of the first session of the workshop entitled (Evaluation of the E-learning Experience in Iraq - Challenges and Solutions), which was established by the Council of Advisers in the Council of Ministers in cooperation with the Ministries of Higher Education and Research The Scientific and Education Association, and the Mesopotamian Valley Association, which was attended by local and international experts and specialists, said that the success that was achieved in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education was based on basic data, namely teachers, students, and the quality of curricula. Any stage of the university academic year, pointing out that UNESCO accompanied the steps of achievement in the Iraqi experience in managing electronic educational attainment at the level of higher education in Iraq....
