University of Basra/ Department of Internal Departments Affairs organized a memorial council on the spirit of The Martyr of Knowledge (Mohammed Aqeel Abdul Razzaq) ,aStudent in Al- Zahra Medical College and resident in the Al-Asmaai Department .In the presence of Mr. Director of internal departments ENG.( Bilal Fadhil Odeh) and Dr. Faisal Ghazi, head of the follow-up department and supervisory staff in the internal departments and students of the fourth stage.
The council opened with a recitation of the Holy Quran, which was read out by Sheikh Dr. Amer Abbas Issa, Administrative Assistant Dean at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, to the audience.
