The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Sahib, honored the heads of universities whose institutions achieved competitive positions in international rankings. The honoring included the presidents of Baghdad, Kufa, Al-Mustansiriya, Babylon, Basra and Technological universities that achieved competitive positions in the (The Times) and (QS) classifications.
