The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research discussed the Excellence Fellowship project for the academic year 2022/2021. This came during the meeting held by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority with the General Authority for Universities and Private Colleges and in the presence of representatives of the Private University Education Department. The meeting reviewed the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul Sahib in this regard and a number of proposals and mechanisms for developing the course of the free scholarship. In this context, the attendees discussed a new proposed project called (Fellowship of Excellence) that aims to include the creative and outstanding in this fellowship granted by universities and private colleges in various disciplines.
