In this study, resonant-cavity photodetectors were designed and manufactured within the absorption spectrum of the C-H bonds. InAs was used as an absorber in the photodetector made on InAs base and InAsSb (Sb=9%) was used as the absorbent in the photodetector made on the base of GaSb.
