The lecturer, Dr. Husham Hussain Abdul-Ra'aoof, the assistant dean for administrative affairs at the College of Nursing at the University of Basrah, returned us to his daily follow-up to the administrative units, where he met the responsible for the planning and follow-up unit, Mrs. Raja To'uma. The meeting dealt with deliberating about the nature of the unit’s work and its dealings with the rest of the people and units in the college to provide statistics and integrated information about the teachers, staff and students and about all the college buildings, and to see the most important obstacles facing the unit in its work and to develop appropriate solutions to them in order to advance their work, with an emphasis on overcoming weaknesses and redistributing tasks according to the job description of the unit's employees. Abdul-Ra'aoof praised the distinguished efforts of the staff that raised the level of performance of the division and blessed them for their activity and their eagerness to work as a gift to our dear college and university. |
