Summary:
The 1,3-cyclic addition reaction was used to prepare four new hybrid compounds of maleimide oxydianiline triazole from the reaction of different maleimide aryl derivatives with dioxyazidebenzene in the presence of a mixture of water and ethanol as a suitable solvent and without any catalyst. Various methods such as infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), H NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and melting points.
The toxicity of the new compounds prepared using the MTT assay system was studied and evaluated, and the anticancer activity of these hybrid compounds was studied and evaluated in screening tests for human cancer cells, including esophageal carcinoma cell line (SKG), where the results showed that the hybrid compound 13 It has a high effect on this type of cancer cells, so it has been proven that this type of derivatives are promising laboratory preparatory agents against esophageal cancer diseases. It is speculated that these derivatives contribute to the development of some medical applications in the field of cancer drug synthesis.
