The team in charge of the Basrah Parallel City project, headed by the Chancellor of The University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi and Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ramzy Salim Ali and all members of the assigned team at the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah attended a meeting to prepare the project for the construction of the parallel Basrah.
