Dear student, you must read the instructions completely and accurately before starting the exam
1- The student must wear the official uniform when taking the exam (the hat is not allowed) and sit in the place designated for him.
2- The student must check the date and subject of the exam material and the exam dates one day before the exam date.
3- The student must carry his ID 2020-2021 inside the exam hall and show it when asked to do so.
4- The student is not allowed to enter any book or paper inside the examination hall.
5- It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones and any related accessories into the examination hall.
6- The student must write his full name as it is recorded in the official lists, his stage and the subject being examined, using the blue or black ballpoint pen exclusively.
7- The student must bring all exam supplies, and borrowing is prohibited inside the exam hall.
8- The student should refrain from speaking and commenting inside the examination hall, and direct inquiries (if any) to the examination hall official exclusively.
9- It is not permissible to tear any paper from the exam notebook.
10- No student is allowed to leave the examination hall in the first half hour, and no student is allowed to enter the examination hall after the questions are distributed.
11- No student may move from his place without the permission of the hall administrator.
12- The student must abide by university norms and good educational morals.
13 The exam starts in the presence mode at (9:00) in the morning and lasts for three hours
14- It is not allowed to extend the exam time under any circumstances, so the student must abide by the time specified for the exam.
15- If it is proven that the student cheated or attempted cheating in any exam, the student is considered to have failed all the subjects for that year.
16- Student discipline committees are in continuous session throughout the examination period.
17- The student must abide by the laws of social distancing, sit in the place designated for him, and wear a mask, and he is prohibited from entering the exam until after wearing it.
18- Ignorance of the above instructions is not an excuse for violators, and the student who violates the above instructions bears full responsibility.
Note: The exam hall supervisor will be notified immediately if there are any obstacles or problems during the exam.
