The Director of Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, participated in a virtual workshop held by the Multimedia and E-Learning Center at the University of Technology entitled (Features of the Canvas LMS platform in building digital content)
The workshop discussed the most important basic features in the e-learning management platform (Canvas) for teachers, administrators, students and other users with different powers, as well as how to create web pages for virtual laboratories, educational content, group management and study tasks.
The workshop aims to present the platform as being global with professional specifications for managing e-learning in higher education institutions and containing a system for managing learning events and learning content, in addition to a student information system, course management and electronic educational resources.
