The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop on blended education
The objective of the workshop, which is part of a teaching methods course for the teaching staff, is to give the participants an overview of the concept of blended education.
The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Rifat Abdullah Jassim, included the definition of blended education, what it is about, its benefits, weaknesses, strategies, and types.
At the end, the workshop presenter recommended holding more courses that deal with e-learning are required due to the lack of actual lectures.
