Within the health awareness initiatives and the need to preserve all the university’s staff and students, a delegation headed by the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, accompanied by a medical team from the Health Center of the University of Basrah, visited the university’s students’ dorms and under the guidance of the university president, Prof. Saad Shaheen. Shari stated that this initiative coincides with the beginning of the exams and to protect our students from the risk of infection, as they were reassured by taking preventive swabs in case of injuries to preserve the rest of the students. Thank God, the students were cooperative and understanding of the seriousness of the current health situation, and we accomplished the task, praise be to God.
