The President of the University of Basra praises the Iraq National Festival
The daily bulletin of the Iraq National Theater Festival, the fifth issue, Thursday, 5, 2021, issued an article by the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen, praises the festival, the artists' union, the cultural center of the university and all playwrights and confirms his support for community culture in all its forms.
