This morning, the President of Basra University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, accompanied by Prof. Mazen Hawaz, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine visited Al-Zahraa. They were received by Prof. Dr. Abdul-Amir Abdullah Al-Moussawi, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Basra University, and the teacher, Dr. Hisham Hussein Abdul-Raouf, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs. The president of the university was briefed on the level of services provided by the procession to the employees and students of Basra University on the painful memory of Ashura and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and his brother Abu Al-Fadl Al-Abbas, peace be upon him. At the conclusion of the visit, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, President of the University of Basra, praised the tireless efforts made by all those involved in providing these services among the members of the college, praying to the Almighty for success and payment to all and to be rewarded with a great reward for this blessed Husseini service. |
