The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research sets on Sunday, 15/8/2021, as the date for activating the electronic form for the transfer of students between universities for study (morning and evening) until the end of the official working day on Sunday, 10/3/2021. The student, whose college is original, and activating the electronic transfer form, which allows the student to apply for no more than five options, and the student must obtain a no-objection letter from the college to which he wants to move.
