Time period
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has set the period from 08/15/2021 to 9/16/2021 as a date for launching and opening the electronic form to submit the students who wish to the candidacy modification channels (public, martyrs, elite) for those accepted in the 2020/2021 school year.

First: From the students who have postponed or failed
Second: Not enrolling in parallel or evening education
Or Al-Ahly or the Colleges of Endowments, the student’s admission will be canceled otherwise

Re-nomination form
Activate the exam number
After completing the re-nomination form and sending it from the college to the University of Basra / Student Affairs Department
Or to the nearest university where the student’s password is activated, where it is allowed to apply for ten options according to what qualifies them
Their average and the minimum limits for their graduation year, and students will be accepted with
Not more than (10%) of the colleges and institutes admission plan in the previous year.
