The Ministry of Higher Education sets a date for launching the electronic form for the procedures of students' transfer for both morning and evening studies in the universities and colleges
*The application mechanism for the students who wish to be transferred is by checking back with the college or institute which was accepted in to receive the secret number for activating the electronic form in the Department of Studies and Planning's gate, which allows the student to apply to no more than five options.
*The application commences Sunday 15\8\2021 and continues until the end of the official working hours of Sunday 3\10\2021
