| The College of Nursing at Basra University held a scientific lecture on the culture of competition. Lecturer Dr. Sajjad Salem Issa, head of the Fundamentals of Nursing, gave the lecture and talked about the meaning of culture and the meaning of competition and the importance of the culture of competition.
