Under the supervision of the President of the University of Basrah, Professor Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, the College of Nursing at the University of Basrah organized today, Tuesday, Muharram 15, 1443 AH (August 24, 2021), a Hussainiya symposium entitled (The Husseini Conquest and the Prelude to the Mahdist Conquest) at the House of Wisdom Hall (Marla Hall) in Bab Al Zubair Colleges Complex. The Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Abdulameer Abdullah Almusawi, opened the symposium with a speech in which he mentioned the causes and objectives of the Husseini revolution and its effects on Islamic societies and the extent of its vitality and since its occurrence to the present era. He also mentioned a presentation of the Husseini mourning activities that were held by the College of Nursing since Its establishment in 2009 consisted of seminars, Hussainiya lectures and processions that provide a medical service for visitors heading on foot to the Holy Karbala and some representative scenes and others. He extended his thanks and appreciation to all the attendees mourning the martyrdom of Mawla Abi Abdullah Al-Hussein and the righteous group of his family and companions, may God be pleased with them all, praying to God, the Blessed and Exalted, for all to accept deeds, success and payment. |
