The lecture dealt with presentation and analysis, the concept of time in the works of the writer William Shakespeare in which he employed those concepts and instruments in his various plays. Dr. Tiffany Stern reviewed several instruments for measuring time, including the earthen bottle, the sundial, in addition to the instrumental watch. The researcher referred to the symbolic meanings of time, including death and old age.
