A symposium at University of Basrah on Public Safety and Security of Scientific Laboratories.
The Departement of Physics in the College of Science organized a symposium entitled Public Safety and Security of Scientific Laboratories. It has been presented by The symposium included two axes presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Jassim Al-Asadi and Dr. Maitham Abdullah Ali. The symposium aims to introduce laboratories and how to deal with the materials and devices used in them and to identify the sources of danger in laboratories. The symposium included methods of prevention and safety and knowledge of first aid for materials in the laboratory and recommended The symposium highlighted the existence of safety and fire systems and the availability of advanced fire sensors
