According to directions of the respected sovereign president of Basrah university Dr. Prof.Saad.S.Hamadi who directs to present one edition of any publication by Dar Alkutub dept. to all Iraqi university then, the respected sovereign manager of Dar Alkutub dept. Dr. Prof. Yaseen .H.Azal to ask Dr. Faisal Gazi who the manager of controlling department in Basrah university to do this .
