The Continuing Education and Development
Center at the University of Basra organized an electronic workshop on successful educational leadership strategies within the Rigor Project.
The objectives of the workshop, which is part of the middle management course, are to shed light on the most prominent successful educational leadership strategies for administrators, supported by realistic examples, in order to provide the participants in the course with the methods and leadership capabilities necessary to carry out their work and tasks, and to accomplish them in an efficient and effective manner.
The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Amal Abdul Razzaq Al-Mansoori, included the basic skills of a leader:
